I've always loved boxes. They speak to me of mystery and magic, secrets and treasure. Ever since I was a young child, I've loved having little treasured boxes of my own to hide small keepsakes and wonders in.

Now I make these. I find wooden boxes in thrift stores, repaint them, decoupage designs onto their surface, often line them. Make them into something a little more than they were. Each one is unique.

I've been selling these at science-fiction convention art shows for a couple of years now, and they're getting pretty popular. When I have new designs available for purchase, you'll find them here as well -- if you have secrets of your own you want to hide.

Frankenstein

Top: "Oh! no mortal could support the horrow of that countenance. A mummy again endued with animation could not be so hideous as that wretch. I had gazed on him while unfinished; he was ugly then; but when those muscles and joints were rendered capable of motion, it became such a thing as even Dante could not have conceived."
